RHODS Dashboard - Tool tip to describe differences in managed products

During usability testing, participants noted that they did not know what the difference was between Partner managed, self-managed, or Red Hat managed products and also what it meant to them.

Would it be possible to add a tool tip on hover to describe the differences? This could also be solved by documentation, but then a user would have to go to the documentation to look it up vs having the information right where they needed it.
