Scenario to be covered: RHODS remains constant and the underlying platform Openshift is upgraded from n to n+1.

Goal of this story is to ensure that RHODS is confirmed to be working on soon to be released .y OCP/OSD version. 

For eg., going by the current product pages' dates: 

RHODS 1.20 GA : Dec 6th, 2022

RHODS 1.21 GA : Jan 17th, 2023

OCP 4.12 GA: Jan 10th, 2023

A cluster with RHODS 1.20 on OSD 4.11 when upgraded to OSD 4.12 should continue to have a working fully functional RHODS 1.20.

NOTE: This is different from the effort of MSP/MPS team, as their testing workflows are designed to be triggered only AFTER ga release of an OCP version.
