Create or update the RHODS release notes for RHODS 1.22.

Coordinate with the product management team and use the release filter for this version to identify new features, enhancements, deprecations, technology previews, etc.

Coordinate with the QE team and use the following filter to identify bug fixes and known issues:

If this version of RHODS will be released as self-managed update, ensure that you also create a new version of RHODS self-managed in Pantheon v1 and update the metadata in the following files in the repo:

• _artifacts/document-attributes-self-managed.adoc
