Description of problem:

Hitting the Browser reload button in the RHODS dashboard always shows an error screen that is visible for a split-second. (really, like 0.1 second or something).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit the browswer reload button repeatedly. 

Actual results:

Error message is briefly displayed. 

Expected results:

No error message should be displayed.
