We got the RHODS SKU officially created in production offering manager [here|https://offering-manager.corp.redhat.com/offerings/view/MCT4121HR]. In order to test in stage RHM we need the SKU to exist in [stage offering manager|https://offmgr-frontend-stage.int.us-east.aws.preprod.paas.redhat.com/offerings/search;criteria=%7B%22searchBy%22:%22sku%22,%22payload%22:%7B%22fromIndex%22:1,%22toIndex%22:0,%22perPage%22:20,%22includeEngProducts%22:false,%22includeResultFilters%22:true,%22filters%22:%5B%5D%7D,%22searchValue%22:%22MCT4121HR%22%7D].
