Description of problem:

Chapter 7. Viewing OpenShift Data Science users says that you can be either dedicated-admins or RHODS admin to see the Openshift users' details. But I think you must be either dedicated-admin or cluster-admin

Actual results:

doc says that you can be a RHODS admin to see the Openshift users' details.

Expected results:

doc says that you must be either dedicated-admin or cluster-admin to see the Openshift users' details.
