Description of problem:

Chapter 2.2 of GETTING STARTED WITH RED HAT OPENSHIFT DATA SCIENCE reports:

The Enable button is only visible if your administrator has purchased and enabled an application at the OpenShift Dedicated level.

It might be confusing for the user who doesn't see the "Enabled" button appearing on cards different from RHOSAK and Anaconda. Maybe it is worth to specify that the Enable button appears only for some applications

1. Go to Chapter 2.2 of GETTING STARTED WITH RED HAT OPENSHIFT DATA SCIENCE 
2. check  "Applications -> Explore"  section

Actual results:

The Enable button is only visible if your administrator has purchased and enabled an application at the OpenShift Dedicated level

Expected results:

sth like: The Enable button is only visible if your administrator has purchased and enabled an application at the OpenShift Dedicated level and if the application requires to be Enabled from Explore section (e.g., Anaconda Professional)
