Replace "rhods-admins" group with generic term in doc about cleaning up after user deletion

      Description of problem:

      Chapter 6.4 of "Managing Users and User Resources" says you must be part of "rhods-admins" user group as pre-requisites. I think it should say sth like "be a RHODS administrator" or "be part of RHODS Admin groups", since "rhods-admins" is used as example in previous sections

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Chapter 6.4 of "Managing Users and User Resources"
      2. check the pre-requisites

      Actual results:

      You are part of the rhods-admins user group in OpenShift Dedicated.

      Expected results:

      You are part of the RHODS Administrators ser groups in OpenShift Dedicated. / You are a RHODS Administrator in OpenShift Dedicated /  You are part of the OpenShift Data Science administrator group in OpenShift Dedicated.
