Following up on a conversation that we had during the July 22 MAS CCS team meeting regarding Service Definitions that are created by Product Management and edited by CCS technical writers.
We agreed to not use "you" when referring to customers/users as we do in task-oriented product documentation. Instead, use "customer" when referring to the company that pays for the service or use "user" when referring to the company employee who logs in and uses the service.
We need to review and edit all service definitions to be consistent.
