Description of problem:

The rhods_aggregated_availability metric doesn't include the Traefik component. After separating the rhods_aggregated_availability into components, Traefik was not working as expected, so it was deleted from the metric. This bug is a track from the issue RHODS-4358. And is expected to be resolved because kubeflow don't use Traefik.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install RHODS
2. Open prometheus
3. Write the query rhods_aggregated_availability

Actual results:

Traefik is not part of the metric

Traefik is part of the metric
