Description of problem:

Chapter 3 Notifications in Openshift Data Science reports:

Notification messages are displayed in the lower left corner of the Red Hat OpenShift Data Science interface when they are triggered.

But, the notification messages actually appear in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to Chapter 3 Notifications in Openshift Data Science 

Actual results:

doc reports lower-left corner as position in the dashboard where the notification message appear

Expected results:

doc reports upper-right corner as position in the dashboard where the notification message appear
