Following tasks should have been done.

Get GCP account credentials: acc ID, access key, secret key

Create OSD cluster on GCP - manual hands-on : output - get to know all necessary parameters to create OSD cluster on gcp, and create a cluster successfully

Create OSD cluster in GCP via CI

Confirm Identity provider workflow is the same between GCP and AWS

In CI, RHODS Deployment via the add-on flow in OSD cluster created on top of GCP should be successful.
