Description of problem:

the anaconda-ce-periodic-validator cronjob in the redhat-ods-applications namespace uses a deprecated API, cronjobs.v1beta1.batch

According to the Kubernetes documentation (https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/using-api/deprecation-guide/#cronjob-v125) it should be updated to use the batch/v1 API version

Since the API will be removed in Kubernetes v1.25, this should be fixed before we reach Openshift 4.12
