Admins can access the resources of deleted users and manually take actions to preserve or delete resources. Admins have the option of leaving user resources in place or cleaning them up.
Document exactly what happens during cleanup of a removed user account.
Document the resources belonging to deleted users to be located, archived or removed. This helps reduce resource usage.
For removed users, the user-specific PVs and other resources should remain. What other resources?
