      This task documents the following user story: RHODS-141

      The system must provide a method for admin users to remove a user's access to the system.

      Note: For removed users, the user-specific PVs and other resources should remain. The assumption is that admins should be able to access these resources & manually take actions to preserve or delete resources.

      When removing a user from RHODS, Administrators must start by removing the user from their SSO/auth setup. This ensures that the removed user can no longer authenticate to OSD clusters, and access services such as RHODS.
