Primary goals:

• Investigate and explore the current ODH Backend
• Highlight areas that may be difficult to migrate (due to backend specific features)
• Determine if pure kube apis are enough to follow through on what is currently the backend logic
• Propose a roadmap, migration plan for the backend to be removed in favour of frontend features
• Create a document with the details and share it with Chris & Don
