When creating a new OSD cluster using the pipelines:

• The default value for the cluster NAME should be: qeaisrhods-xyz (instead of qe-jenkins-1)
• Length should be checked so the value is <= 15 chars
• A text could be added under the field:
  • Important: include "aisrhods" in the cluster name to prevent alerts being sent to MT-SRe. Also, the cluster name should have 15 chars or less
