The impact of the issue is that CRO will go into CrashLoopBackoff. This will happen once the Service Updates get made available on an RDS instance by
AWS which there doesn't appear to be any pattern to accounts and regions of when this might happen. In our case it resulted in some alerts firing even
though the DBs were available. Depending on how you use the Postgres cr in your operator code it may impact the rhods operator reconcile loop
