As a QE, I want to implement test Case : Verify external links in Quick Starts are not broken

      Step Expected Result
      1. Go to RHODS Dashboard
      2. Move to Resources page
      3. filter by QuickStarts
      4  for each card:
        4.1. click the "Start" link
        4.2. get all the links present in the steps
        4.3. check the link status      		 4.1. right sidebar opens
      4.3. the HTTP status is 200 and not 404
