"No Components Found" in RHODS Dashboad. Unable to use JupyterHub

      Description of problem:

      When going to RHODS Dashboard > Enabled Applications, there are no applications shown and "No Components Found" message is shown (see attached screenshot)

      UPDATE: I forgot to mention that nothing was shown in the Explore section as well

       

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      This happened in a OSD cluster (OpenShift 4.9) where we installed RHODS 1.11 using the addon flow.  We hadn't reproduced it in other clusters
