Context

In Resource section of Dashboard, there is a collection of filters to retrieve doc items based on the categories. Example: "Pandas" (which is a widely used Python library). The tags are set in the YAML files present in this github repo. by the authors of documentation items (i.e., ISVs).

Current Result

By using the filters, the overall user-experience seems to be incomplete, since some filters could have return other items which were not displayed just because that particular tag was not set. Or other filters might not be really necessary like "oneApi", because we already have the "provider" filter below which works just fine.

To review the ISV documents and understand how to improve them, focusing on categories to make the filter more meaningful github repo.
