      Incorrect package versions were displayed during notebook selection:: The *Start a notebook server* page displayed an incorrect version number (4.9.0) for conda in the Anaconda notebook image. This has been corrected to display the installed version (4.13.0).

      Description of problem:

      the image tooltip in JH report different library versions from the actual installed.

      conda v4.9.0 reported vs v4.13.0 installed

      Anaconda v2020.11 reported, but I'm not sure which one is the actual version. Anaconda. The image tag says v.0.2.2.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to JSP
      2. check the tooltip for anaconda
      3. check the actual installed versions of the libs reported in the tooltip

      Actual results:

      reported versions in tooltip are different from the actual installed

      Expected results:

      reported versions in tooltip are not different from the actual installed
