      == Incorrect package versions displayed during notebook selection
      In the OpenShift Data Science interface, the *Start a notebook server page* displays incorrect version numbers for the JupyterLab and Notebook packages included in the oneAPI AI Analytics Toolkit notebook image. The page might also show an incorrect value for the Python version used by this image.

      *Workaround*:
      When you start your oneAPI AI Analytics Toolkit notebook server, you can check which Python packages are installed on your notebook server and which version of the package you have by running the `!pip list` command in a notebook cell.

      the image tooltip in JH report different library versions from the actual installed.

      Openvino

      jupyterlab 3.4.2 installed, 3.0.14 reported
      notebbok 6.4.11 installed, 6.3.0 reported

      Aikit

      jupyterlab 3.2.1 installed, 3.0.14 reported
      notebook 6.4.6 installed, 6.1.12 reported

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to JSP
      2. check the tooltip for openvino and aikit
      3. check the actual installed versions of the libs reported in the tooltip

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. RHODS-2726 Tooltip text for AiKit and openvino is wrong in JH
