Description of problem:

During the deployment of jupyterhub-deploy pod observed ** array index out of bounds: index 0, length 0**.
Note: This entry doesn't fail the deployment

Install RHODS

1. Create cluster and install RHODS

Actual results:

Error entry is present in the log for the deployer

Expected results:

no error entry should be present when everythin is working fine
