Follow up of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-2446, we should review and update the documentation of failures in the installation of the operator. This could mean update SOPs, alert descriptions and even error messages in the deployer.

Definitely worth documenting some troubleshooting and next steps for customers.

• What circumstances could this happen in?
• How will a customer know that this particular issue has happened?
• What should they do when they encounter it?

I think generally we would expect support links to be in the UI rather than the documentation, but there's no harm providing those links in both locations.
