As a QE, I want to review ods-install to fix installation of RHODS on PSI

      • ./odstest --install    and  ./odstest --install-by-image-tag  are able to install RHODS in a PSI cluster
        • Note: default groups rhods-users and rhods-admins should be set the same as in OSD
      • ./odstest --verify doesn't show problems after installation is finished (jupyterhub, dasboard working,  builds are finished, ...)
      • ./odstest --install-identity-providers install the same identity providers that we are using in OSD (ldap-provider-qe and htpasswd-cluster-admin) and create the same users and passwords
      • ./odstest --uninstall is able to remove RHODS completely so it can be installed again in the same cluster

      Try and investigate RHODS installation in PSI clusters:

      • JupyterHub image builds should work  (Talk with Jorge if pods cannot be started because of lack or cluster resources)
      • All identity providers should be in place, same as in OSD
        • "ldap-provider-qe"
        •  "htpasswd-cluster-admin"   > create user htpasswd-cluster-admin-user{}
      • For RHODS 1.10.0 (or when PR222  is merged because of RHODS-2446) you'll need to add the MT-SRE secrets manually in ods-install, same as in this change here 
      • All components should be properly installed and working >  Already checked in ods-install --verify
      • Uninstallation should work so a new installation can be made after
