      Currently, JupyterHub DB password uses a default value stored in manifests. We need a way to customize the password and store and provide it in a secure manner to the deployment.

      This approach will then used as a template for other secrets in the future.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • A secure way to provide JupyterHub DB password is documented and implemented into the MODH
