    Description

      To support the Bring Your Own Notebook initiative, we need to install the OpenShift Pipelines operator as a requirement for the validation pipeline.  We can deploy this as manually as part of the RHODS kfdef deployment but this should be included as a dependency for the RHODS addon so that the OpenShift Pipelines operator is pinned and managed within the OSD addon lifecycle.
