As a Data Science user, I need to be able to configure my notebook server environment so I have the tools/resources needed for my data science projects.

Scope of this story:

• select NB images & provide info on each image - eg. supported software versions, packages, included
• select # of GPUs (from list rather than free form entry)
• select container size (from predefined list) with supporting doc as needed
• clone a github repo (appropriate labeling in UI with access to doc)
• ability to connect to S3 (via environment variables); doc on examples of how to use env. variables
• configure connection to installed services & option to manually add endpoint to env. variables
