As a DS user, I want to be able to easily the NB image I want to use when creating my notebook server, so I can ensure I select the most appropriate one for my project.

The scope of this story is to update the NB image names in the UI and provide metadata below the image name to specify the libraries included and the specific versions.

Currently, the image names have a prefix 's2i' eg. 's2i-minimal-notebook:v0.0.7'. The s2i prefix and version # don't help the user and could cause confusion.
