MODH Sprint 28, MODH Sprint 29
As a DS user, I need to be able to select valid NB sizes based on what's in a cluster so I don't encounter an error message.
Users will be able to select from predefined NB sizes - S, M, L, XL. Some NB sizes might result in an error due to insufficient cluster resources (eg. user selects XL NB, but cluster only has 8 vCPUs). In these instance a user gets an error message. We should prevent these scenarios by only presenting valid NB sizes based on cluster resources.
