Description of problem:.,

We should have the submit button for the PVC size change. Currently we have to press enter to have the changes with this i see the below problem:

1. Even when user is just place the cluster to in input box(where we have to put size). if if user doesn't press enter instead just click outside the page pvc input box using mouse pvc size is getting set

Steps to Reproduce

ogin to the RHODS dashboard as a RHODS admin.
Verify that Settings in the left hand navigation is present.
Verify that Cluster Settings is a menu item under Settings.
Navigate to Cluster Settings.
Verify that the PVC Size is set to the default size or 20 GiB.
Enter a value in the number input between 1 - 16384 GiB
and click outside the box. obersed the cluster setting is getting change

Actual results:

Cluster setting is getting changed even if we do not press enter

Expected results:

Cluster setting should not be changed
