Description of problem:
It looks like the input box for PVC size is always set to minimum value, we can not remove it. Because of it when When user try to set any number which doesn't start with digit 1. They can not set.
below example:
1. unable to set 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 etc
2. unable to set 30,40,50,60,70 etc

Steps to Reproduce
- Add user to dedicated admin group
Login to the RHODS dashboard as a RHODS admin.
Verify that Settings in the left hand navigation is present.
Verify that Cluster Settings is a menu item under Settings.
Navigate to Cluster Settings.
Verify that the PVC Size is set to the default size or 20 GiB.
Enter a value in the number input between 1 - 16384 GiB
I can not set value to 4,5,6,etc
Actual results:
User should able to enter the supported value as per the requirement
Expected results:
All the number are not accepted by input

Workaround:
1. If you want to set 2Gi you can remove just zero and set the number which starts with 2
2. IF user want to set any number. User should select the whole number(wither by ctrl+a or by mouse) and directly enter the number(if user press backspace or delete he will not able to set the number he wants)
