Description of problem:

Since GPU support has been implemented (RHODS-2315) and documented (RHODS-2387)  again,  it is necessary to add the GPU tutorial back to RHODS Dashboard > Resources page.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources 
2. search for GPU

Actual results:

GPU tutorial still hidden

Expected results:

GPU tutorial restored
