      Description of problem:

The usage metric "usage of different notebook sizes" (added in RHODS-865) doesn't seem to work in 1.5.0. I've set up a segment.io test key in the cluster and I can see other events, but the "Notebook Server Started" event doesn't seem to be sent.

In previous versions of RHODS this event was sent successfully (see RHODS-865)

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

Follow the instructions of test ODS-746:

      Step Expected Result
Configure a test segment.com key in the cluster:
      • Login into OpenShift Console
      • Workloads  > Secrets
      • redhat-ods-applications
      • Create > key value secret
      • Secret name: rhods-segment-key
      • Key: segmentKey
      • Value: Add a valid Segment.io key

      • Access to the live debug pane at segment.com

      • Start a JupyterHub Server
      • In the segment.com debug pane, verify the events sent to segment.com.
      • It should be an "Notebook Server Started" event containing clusterID, lastSelectedImage and lastSelectedSize

      Actual results:

The event "Notebook Server Started" doesn't arrive at segment.io

      Expected results:

The event "Notebook Server Started" doesn't arrive at segment.io

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      Always

      Build Details:

      RHODS 1.5.0-7
