Description of problem:

After installing the ISV component,observed that ISV notebook images still list .z version on JH page

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install ISV operator
2. launch JH from RHODS dashboard
3. Observed that for ISV notbbok images .z version is present

Actual results:

ISV notebook images still list .z version on JH page

Expected results:

ISV notebook images should not list  .z version on JH page
