We should integrate our test suite into the managed services pipeline. This will require containerizing test execution and crafting a YAML file with container entrypoints to trigger TCs during MT pipeline for operator scorecard

Notes:
The pipeline is not built yet, it is still under development, rhoam team has started onboarding, and they are helping to uncover issues of MSP, plus there are discussions of discarding what they have and try out a completely new pipeline
This is going to be a high priority in QE for 2022
