Description of problem:

As discussed in the story https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-2639 , we may want to add the instructions about how to perform the Pachyderm deployment, since the installation and post-deployment are already reported.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS Dashboard > Explore 
2. click on "Pachyderm" card
3. check the instructions 

Actual results:

install + post-deployment steps are reported

Expected results:

install + deployment + post-deployment steps are reported
