Description of problem:

The description of Anaconda CE in the tiles from "Enabled" and "Explore" sections of dashboard should be modified to comply with the recommended changes reported in https://docs.google.com/document/d/15g_6vUP8rYz5AF2EQTY0INmeG4eVhJogVZqxM7-ThRs/edit?usp=sharing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to RHODS Dashboard
2. Read the description of Anaconda CE in Explore and Enabled section
3. Compare it with gdoc 

Actual results:

a slightly different description is reported in the dashboard

Expected results:

the description reported in the dashboard should match the one in gdoc
