The Service Delivery team (led by akonarde) will be primarily responsible for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) of RHODS in production. We need to ensure that RHODS meets all requirements they have for taking ownership of a service in production.

The SBR (Support) team will be responsible for fielding all support requests from customers. We need to ensure that they have everything necessary to provide a good support experience and also ensure that they are not overloaded with toilsome requests.

This epic tracks all of the work necessary to make the above a reality. Work that is not absolutely required for the limited availability launch (by Summit) will not be tracked here.
