This story has been re-scoped to address the following:

1. implement test cases for https://polarion.engineering.redhat.com/polarion/#/project/OpenDataHub/workitem?id=ODS-1406 and https://polarion.engineering.redhat.com/polarion/#/project/OpenDataHub/workitem?id=ODS-1405
2. run the verification for all the QuickStars items present in the Resource page of the Dashboard
3. add the missing metadata to the implemented TCs (e.g.,  [Documentation] tags). For more hints on this task, please read the conversations in PR364
