Description of problem:

Installing RHODS on a ROSA cluster (instead of OSD) seems to fail. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

ROSA

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a ROSA cluster
2. Click "install" on the RHODS tile
3.  

Actual results:

RHODS fails to successfully deploy

Expected results:

RHODS should deploy.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

So far, tried twice, failed twice.

RHODS 1.2.0-2

Workaround:

none found yet. 

Additional info:

attaching logs of the 2 operator pods. 

We tried to uninstall, but that does not seem to work either. 

This AWS account is freshly created, and only has ROSA, not OSD in it.
