Description of problem:

The odh operator defines a set of apiGroups explicitly to create watches for corresponding resources. These apiGroups need to be updated to a supported version in OCP 4.9

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install RHODS add-on
2. Operator logs in `redhat-ods-operator` namespace shows errors regarding resource Kind.
