Description of problem:
The following openshift doc about installing Service Mesh says to install Jaeger operator (by RedHat) using the Operator Hub, but the operator changed name recently and became "Red Hat OpenShift distributed tracing platform".
https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.9/service_mesh/v1x/installing-ossm.html
This is not a RHODS document but those users who will install Seldon Deploy on RHODS will hit this ambiguous situation because "Jaeger" and "Service Mesh" are necessary to the installation. This is the Seldon doc reporting the openshift documentation link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1a_KHXZI4H_2-CdJl89ejB_zGNsq_gCDDmD6jMCsF3gc/edit
