The current count of test cases that need to be manually run as of today, Nov 17th 2021, is hanging precariously at 300. And this number steadily continues to climb as new features get added in a release every 3 weeks. 

Objective of creating this epic is to collaborate between all teams working on RHODS, on burning down the backlog.

KR1: A chunk of the automation backlog gets addressed in every RHODS release.

KR2: We reach to a state of 10% manual for any release

KR3: We maintain the state by ensuring any new feature/bug when targeted for a release is test automated in the same release time-frame.
