      Goal: The desire for the persona is for UX and engineering to have a defined user to be able to focus priorities on. From a purely UX standpoint,we want a persona to reference when doing design, and to help make decisions with, but also as a specific artifact to point to when having conversations with PM, eng, etc.

      • Review marketing ux persona pp deck
        • List what should be different from UX vs the original Marketing persona
      • Compile thoughts and questions around the user persona
        • Create new presentation to contain the UX persona
      • Add all existing information into new UX persona document
      • Identify gaps in persona that need to be filled
      • Plan how to get information to fill in gaps
        • Review user interviews to tie in context for the UX persona
      • Present persona at UX weekly meeting
