      Description of problem:

Sometimes a random "Directory not found" pop up appears while using a JL instance. There doesn't seem to be a specific condition triggering it (I've seen it happen while running automated tests, while idling, while running cells, while creating files, etc.).
It can be dismissed easily and doesn't seem to affect running code, but it is still annoying (especially if it throws off automated testing).

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Confirmed on RHODS 1.2.0-2, likely to have happened a few times in 1.1-57 as well

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Spawn a JL instance with any image
      2. Let it idle/work on it for a while, after a random amount of time the pop up should appear

      Actual results:

A random popup appears about a directory not being found

      Expected results:

No pop up related to empty-name directory

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

      Intermittent

      Build Details:

Confirmed on 1.2.0-2, might've happened in 1.1.1-57 as well

      Workaround:

      Additional info:

Attaching logs even though I could not find anything in it.
