Description of problem:

There is a duplicate “Self Managed” checkbox entry present under Provider type .

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

       **       

1. For Self Managed -> Go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources -> Locate Provider type
2. For Scikit-Learn > Go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources> Locate Scikit-Learn

Actual results:

There is a duplicate “Self Managed” checkbox entry present under Provider type

Expected results:

Only Single “Self Managed”  checkbox  should present
