Events are useful to notify users of any major changes. Currently we do not have any events set for the operator uninstall, KfDef creation and deletion. This story involves adding all the required events in the controller. Events are also desired when the user resources are overwritten.

Operator currently logs update events as well. Updating logging to log only required events in the operator.

This issue also fixes stream of `*unstructured. Unstructured resource` errors
