Description of problem:

the procedure described in section 2.30 says to enable "RedHat Openshift Streams for Apache Kafka" but maybe it should be more general, not focused on installing one specific service. I guess it may depend on the fact that 2.30 is a copy of 1.14.1 which is about the usage of Kafka on rhods.
